Senior Site Manager - Regional Contractor Location: London Salary: Up to £80,000 + Package I’m hiring for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established, family-run construction company specializing in high-end refurbishment and fit-out projects. Working across sectors including hospitality, commercial, leisure, and premium residential, this company has a strong pipeline of projects up to £10m in value across London. Role Overview: As a Senior Site Manager, you will take full ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong background in refurbishment and fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities: • Overseeing day-to-day site operations on high-profile refurbishment projects. • Ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. • Managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. • Enforcing strict health & safety standards across the site. • Problem-solving and ensuring smooth project delivery from start to finish. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in construction. • Strong background in fit-out and refurbishment projects. • Leadership and communication skills to drive on-site performance. • Ability to manage tight schedules and high-pressure environments. • Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance.
