Client Local Authority in Croydon Job Title EHCP Co-ordinator Pay Rate £21.72 an hour PAYE/£28.17 UMBRELLA Hours 36 hours Mon to Fri (09:00:AM - 05:00:PM Duration Initial 5 Month Contract Location HYBRID WORKING-2 DAYS A WEEK BASED IN BERNARD WEATHERILL HOUSE,CROYDON Description Responsible for ensuring effective and timely assessments, drafting and issuing of quality EHCPs within the statutory timeframes, ensuring annual reviews take place within statutory timescales, reassessments are conducted as necessary and children and youth's are supported to achieve their outcomes. The case load will be determined through the education setting and will require collaborative working with the early years/school/post 16 settings. EHC Assistants will support the Coordinators with the administration of this work. This post has responsibility for managing a large caseload.
