The role – Complex Needs Teacher I am working with a SEN school based in Lambeth that are looking for a new Complex Needs Teacher to join their team! In this role you must plan and deliver lessons while monitoring student progress, you must have strong knowledge and experience working with different Special Educational Needs. As a Complex Needs Teacher, you must be an approachable, enthusiastic and efficient person with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and students. You will be teaching key stage 3 students and must be able to adapt lesson plans when needed, you will be reporting back to the Head of Department. To be considered for this role you must hold QTS. The school – SEN This school is based in Lambeth and caters for students aged 11 – 19 years old with Autism, learning difficulties and social and communication needs. They aim for all pupils to leave the school well prepared for the next stage in their education, training or for moving onto employment.
