Lead Mechanical Engineer – Global FM Provider Location: WC2H Salary: Up to £53,000 + 10% Bonus + OT & On-Call (OTE £63,000) Client: Leading American Multinational Mass Media & Entertainment Company We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join one of the world’s largest FM providers, working on-site at the UK HQ of a globally recognised media and entertainment giant. Based a stone’s throw from Tottenham Court Road station, you will be a key player in an on-site maintenance team of 4, supporting a prestigious and fast-paced corporate environment. The Role: * Take a lead role in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across the site * Oversee and manage an ongoing FCU project, alongside day-to-day HVAC and mechanical works * Act as a technical lead and point of escalation for the engineering team * Build strong client relationships and maintain the highest service standards * Monday to Friday, 40-hour week with early & late shift pattern rotating over 5 weeks * Requirement to work one Saturday every 4 weeks (paid at OT rate) * Participate in the on-call rota (with allowance) Requirements: * NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (essential) * Strong HVAC/mechanical background * Experience working in commercial buildings, ideally client-facing environments * Previous leadership or supervisory experience is desirable * F-Gas certification (beneficial) Salary & Benefits: * Basic salary up to £53,000 + 10% annual bonus * OTE circa £63,000 with overtime and on-call allowance * 23 days holiday + bank holidays * Company pension scheme (matched up to 6%) * Ongoing training and funded qualifications * Defined career progression within a global FM organisation Why Join?
