This client specialises within the Residential sector. Projects include high-end residential developments ranging up to £8 million in value. The successful Architectural Technician should have professional experience within high-end residential developments as well as proficiency with using AutoCAD. Key responsibilities include producing detailed and technical designs, tender and construction documents as well as liaise with clients and local authorities.
