Tooling Engineer

Are you an experienced tooling engineer? Do you want to work for a rapidly growing and innovative manufacturing company? If so, this role is for you! We are currently recruiting on behalf of an innovative steel manufacturing company based in Oldham, who are looking for a tooling engineer due to their continued growth. If you:

• Are apprentice trained.
• Have experience working as a tooling engineer or efficiency engineer.
• Experience working in the defence, nuclear, oil and gas, or other heavy engineering sectors.
• Are proficient at data analysis and problem solving.

This role is for you. In return for your work, the company provides:

The role itself requires you to:

• Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and improve production efficiency.
• Implement quality control measures and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure people on the shop floor have the correct tooling when required.
