The Role We are seeking a CIMA Qualified Management Accountant to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. As a Management Accountant, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support key business decisions across multiple P&Ls within the group. You’ll ensure accurate reporting, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and work closely with senior management to drive financial performance. Key Responsibilities * Preparation and oversight of monthly management accounts across multiple entities within the group * Monthly analysis and reporting of financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement * Assisting with budgeting, quarterly forecasting * Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies * Supporting the year-end audit process and liaising with external auditors * Preparation of additional financial information to support decision making and business anaylsis * Implementing and improving financial processes and controls * Preparation of weekly Cash Flow forecasts The Ideal Candidate * CIMA Qualified (or equivalent) with strong technical accounting knowledge * Experience working in a multi-entity environment with multiple P&Ls * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail * Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders * Proficient in financial systems and advanced Excel skills * Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or similar sector would be advantageous * Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Career progression and development opportunities * A collaborative and supportive work environment * The chance to be part of a well-established company with a rich heritage and exciting future Ready to take the next step in your career?
