Site administrator required on new build retirement site in Reading. £15 PER HOUR (£11.44 PAYE). Negotiable part time hours worked Monday through Friday. START ASAP, 6 MONTH CONTRACT. Must have or be willing to get CSCS card, this cost will be re-reimbursed. Must also have good admin experience and be reliable. Would site somebody with construction site interest and knowledge, working with tradesmen with a friendly positive personality.
