Senior Contracts Manager

Reginald Gray, recruiting on behalf of a key client, is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join their Special Works Division. This is a strategic, leadership-level role overseeing multiple Contracts Managers and driving the successful delivery of projects. About the Role: As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the division’s operational and commercial strategy. You will oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial refurbishment projects, typically valued between £50,000 and £500,000, ensuring consistent performance, profitability, and quality. Key Responsibilities: * Managing and mentoring a team of Contracts Managers, providing leadership and support * Overseeing the strategic delivery of multiple projects across the division * Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards * Driving operational efficiency and identifying opportunities for improvement * Maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction * Collaborating with senior leadership on business growth and strategy Key Requirements: * Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Manager or Contracts Manager with multi-site oversight * Strong background in refurbishment projects within residential and/or commercial sectors * Demonstrable leadership and team management skills * Commercial acumen with the ability to optimise project performance * Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and quality regulations * Ability to influence and collaborate at a senior level What’s on Offer: * Salary of up to £70,000 plus package * All projects based in Oxford, offering a localised portfolio * Opportunity to influence and shape the division’s strategic direction * Career progression opportunities within a growing and ambitious business
