D365 CRM Functional Consultant

Role: D365 Functional Consultant Location: Manchester Style: Hybrid – 2 days onsite Rate: Inside IR35 Duration: 6 months (initially – view to extend) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team in Manchester. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service, who can translate business needs into effective CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities * Conduct fit/gap analysis and prepare functional design documents for CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing). * Design CRM solutions and data models, providing input for data migration and integration. * Support functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality solutions. * Work collaboratively with offshore teams, stakeholders, and vendors as part of an implementation program. * Assist testing and training teams by providing guidance on functionality. Required Skills & Experience * Strong product knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and Power Platform. * Experience in CRM implementations (at least two using Dynamics 365 CE Online). * Ability to perform product fit/gap analysis and provide solutions leveraging D365 capabilities. * Basic understanding of DevOps practices and Azure AD/O365/M365 integration. * Experience working in an onsite-offshore model and within Agile methodologies. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders in a client-facing role. * Microsoft certification is highly desirable.
