Strong understanding of freight forwarding services, shipping operations, and international trade regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics management tools is a plus.
