Residential Conveyancing Solicitor /Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer

An expanding, forward thinking Law Practice is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join it Telford based team.

This exciting opportunity is perfect if you are looking to develop your Residential Property skills alongside managing a small team.

Essential Experience

• You will be either a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer having worked for a Senior fee earner within a residential Conveyancing department for at least 3 years.
• Ability to manage a team and provide supervision to more junior members of staff
• Target driven and a team player
• Flexible in your methods and thinking
• Ability to support client and communicate with them without legalese
• Ability to use your own initiative and come up with innovative ideas
• Organised and structured in your work

Key duties and responsibilities

• Work in the Residential Conveyancing department, managing and running a mixed caseload of Residential property transactions
• To deal wit all incoming communications efficiently and communicate well with clients
• To participate in the company to develop your own knowledge and skills
• Contribute to the development of the business, office systems and organisation of the department
