KS1 Primary Teacher Job Description:

Develop and implement customised lesson plans to suit the unique learning styles and behavioural needs of KS1

Provide timely feedback and track the progress of KS1 pupils
-
Implement effective behaviour management strategies tailored to KS1 students
-
Cultivate a welcoming and safe classroom environment that fosters a sense of importance, respect, and enthusiasm for all KS1 learners
-
Maintain open communication by consistently providing feedback to KS1 students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative approach to education
The ideal KS1 Primary Teacher:

Hold a recognized teaching credential, such as QTS
-
Exhibit a proven history of effective engagement with primary-aged students facing behavioural challenges, highlighting your skill in dealing with distinctive demands of this student cohort

Personify qualities of patience, empathy, and an authentic enthusiasm for leaving a significant imprint in the lives of students, particularly those with diverse behavioural needs

Maintain an up-to-date Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
