Learning Support Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work with one of our specialist SEND provisions based in Chester.

This is a long term Learning Support Assistant (LSA) position, supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) age 4-19 years. All learners have an Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP) for Autism.

We are looking for experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and experience creating an engaging learning environment.

You will be joining a welcoming, supportive, and friendly team, The school offers a really nurturing approach and they really value their people. The school offers a calm, happy, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils and their families. Staff are proud to work at the school.

Due to growth, there is an opportunity for this position to develop into a permanent position directly with school.
