Project Architect – Cardiff Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) Walker & Sloan are currently working with a leading architectural practice in Cardiff, seeking a talented and driven Project Architect to join their growing team. Role Overview: As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for managing projects and leading teams, while also coordinating with design teams and senior management up to Director level. This role requires a proactive approach, ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various sectors, including Residential, Commercial/Office Fit-Out, Custodial Buildings (Courts), Retail, and Financial Banking. Key Responsibilities: * Managing projects from concept to completion, overseeing all design and technical aspects. * Leading and coordinating project teams, ensuring efficient workflow and communication. * Engaging with clients and external design teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. * Working with both Revit and CAD to develop and refine architectural designs. * Ensuring compliance with relevant Building Regulations and industry standards. Requirements: * Qualified Architect with proven experience in a similar role. * Strong proficiency in Revit and CAD. * Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively. * Excellent communication and organisational skills
