Project Manager Location: Kent-Surrey-Sussex-London - hybrid working available Start date: April/May 2025 Rates: Open to negotiation- Permanent and contract positions available Keywords: Project Management, Street Works, DNO, IDNO, ICP, Cable, Trenching, Microsoft Project. Turner Lovell is looking for a Project Manager to help deliver renewable energy projects based throughout the southern region of the UK. The client is looking for a DNO/ICP experienced individual to lead, coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of the projects. Experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple projects of £100k+ (with potential for projects worth £3m+) within the UK is critical for this role. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including the engineering, and commercial teams, as well as external customers and suppliers. Key duties: Work with the Contracts Manager, engineering/design team and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, to quality & SHEQ standards and within budget. Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and manage their expectations. Manage and foster a strong relationship with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Identify and resolve any project issues that may arise. Prepare and submit variations/non-conformance & other project reports. Work with the internal engineering team to assist with project processes and efficiencyRequirements: 5 + years of Project Management within the UK, renewable energy industry Experience working with DNOs in the UK. Strong understanding of primary electrical equipment and systems used for transmission / distribution / power generation networks Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Projects. Project Management qualification (desirable but not essential).
