Are you a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional looking to support senior leadership in a dynamic and growing business? My client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to their executive team. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes Support project management and assist with business initiatives What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar role Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion and confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills If you’re a motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, I’d love to hear from you
