Are you an experienced M&E professional with a background in healthcare facilities management? We are seeking an Assistant Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of building services across a key healthcare contract in the Teesside area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading facilities management provider, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high standards of service. Assistant Contract Manager Location: Teesside (main site) – with additional sites across the region Salary: £45,000 + Car Allowance + Pension & Healthcare Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the day-to-day management of a site in Teesside, with responsibility for additional regional sites. * Lead and support a small team, including a Site Supervisor and 7 Engineers. * Ensure M&E services are delivered effectively, meeting contractual obligations and healthcare regulations. * Maintain high standards of compliance, health & safety, and quality control across all operations. * Work closely with the Operations Manager, reporting on site performance and contract management. * Manage client relationships, ensuring strong communication and service delivery. * Oversee planned and reactive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime and operational efficiency. * Support financial and resource planning, ensuring effective cost control and contract performance.
