Job Title: Internals Manager - NIGHTS Location: Crewe Contract: Freelance (Until End of May) Project: Commercial Development Rate: Competitive Day Rate Job Opportunity – Freelance Internals Manager (on nights) A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Internals Manager to join a leading contractor on a large-scale commercial scheme in Crewe. This freelance position runs until the end of May focusing on finishing, internals, and snagging to ensure high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing internal finishes across multiple apartments and communal areas. * Managing and coordinating subcontractors to meet programme deadlines. * Ensuring high-quality workmanship and maintaining site standards. * Conducting snagging inspections and ensuring all defects are rectified promptly. * Liaising with project managers, site teams, and client representatives to ensure smooth project handover. * Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations and quality control measures. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as an Internals Manager on commercial projects. * Strong background in finishing, snagging, and quality control. * Ability to coordinate multiple trades and ensure efficient workflow. * Excellent eye for detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality finish. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred.
