Client Side / Staff Valuer – Midlands – c£55k + Bonus & Package We’re working exclusively with an award winning Lender which is looking to recruit an in-house Valuation Surveyor as follows: * AssocRICS / MRICS & VRS with 1-2 years PQE ( Able to provide APC for those wishing to progress to MRICS from AssocRICS) * Midlands patch with local office (you are expected in the office 3 days per week) * Specialising in Bridging, Light Development & Bridge to Let loans of up to £15m * UK and foreign client base * A subsidiary of a majority family owned FTSE listed speciality lender with c.£300m in listed equity plus secure additional funding lines. * Role is purely valuation focused (majority desk based), low volume workload The successful Surveyor can expect a starting salary up to £55k with bonuses, private medical, pension, generous holiday entitlement and unmatched job security, demonstrated by the impressive tenures of incumbent staff.
