We, at Simpson Judge have partnered with a well established regional law firm who are on the lookout for for an NQ with at least one seats worth experience in Civil Litigation to join their firm as a property litigation solicitor. This position presents an outstanding opportunity to build a career in property litigation which will involve a varied caseload while collaborating with a dynamic team in a supportive and cooperative setting.

The role encompasses a range of contentious property issues, such as:

• Disputes between commercial and residential landlords and tenants.
• Claims of adverse possession.
• Conflicts related to boundary lines and the Party Wall Act.
• Issues concerning restrictive covenants and easements.
• You will manage intricate cases, providing support to clients that include private individuals and commercial developers, and will gain valuable experience in demanding litigation scenarios, including injunctions and tribunal cases.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience in Property Litigation/Civil Litigation, acquired either during your training contract.
• Candidates with relevant transferable skills and a keen interest in property disputes will also be considered.
• A proactive mindset with commercial awareness and strong negotiation capabilities.
• Proficient in managing deadlines and effectively prioritising tasks.
• Client-oriented with exceptional communication skills.
