Technical and Senior Technical Coordinator

Our client is a developer of residential-led mixed use schemes, with a passion for creating successful, sustainable places where people aspire to live. Looking for a Techical Coordinator and Senior Technical Coordinator A successful incumbent will be responsible for the following: * Providing back up to the Technical Manager / Senior Technical Manager on project running activities. * Checking all consultant’s drawings and documents relevant to the packages you are working on. Providing comments on behalf of the company. * Issuing drawings and information for tendering and construction purposes ensuring all information is up to date and to the correct revisions. * Ensuring enquiries and applications go to statutory service companies and local authorities. * Liaise with architects, engineers (all consultants) and sub-contractors for information. * Dealing with site queries and checking conveyance plans. * Checking brochure plans and other marketing collateral. * Internal liaison with land and planning, surveyors, construction, commercial and sales departments. * Collating and maintaining the Technical Specifications. * Attending and minute Design Team Meetings and workshops. * Producing and maintaining Technical Sales Specification. * Providing sustainability information Sustainability Manager. * Carrying out as-built demise checks against brochure. * Working closely with your line manager to ensure that they are aware of all live key issues on a weekly basis. * Working closely with the commercial and build teams maintaining the close collaborative team spirit already in place. * Assisting with the day-to-day management of the consultant team in a positive and proactive manner. * Assisting with monitoring the Project Strategic Risk Register. * Provide information to secure the discharge of planning conditions to the Planning Team. Liaise with the Land & Planning team to ensure that work is prioritized and tracked. * Have a positive, proactive and flexible attitude towards the unforeseen additional work and optioneering that often arises as schemes develop and evolve towards the best solutions. * Undertake all required internal courses and relevant CPD promptly as well as remaining up to date on Statutory changes. * Assist with managing the change processes for the project keeping up to date
