Construction Administrator – Fit Out & Build Contractor • Oxfordshire • Immediate Start • Day Rate – Based on Experience My client, a leading fit-out and install, design and build contractor, is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to support their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to exciting construction projects. Reporting to the Project Director, the successful candidate should have a track record of assisting a project team on site. They should be IT literate (degree preferred), well organised, hardworking, reliable and live within easy access of the site (max - 1 hour). An advantage Procore software, experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage document and drawing control, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. • Maintain accurate records of construction supplies and materials. • Work closely with construction managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. • Monitor programmes and assist in checking project schedules. • Provide administrative support to the Project Director as required. Requirements: • Previous experience in a construction administration role. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project teams. • Proficiency in document control systems and construction-related software. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
