Responsibilities for the Solicitor - Real Estate - (bridging Finance) : • Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development agreements for commercial and residential properties. • Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property-related documents. • Conduct due diligence, including title reviews, searches, and planning permissions. • Advise on landlord-tenant matters, property disputes, and real estate financing. • Assist with corporate property transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. • Ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and client requirements.
