If you answered yes to the above, this Learning Support Assistant role is for you! The role – Learning Support Assistant I am working with a SEMH school based in Wandsworth that are looking or a new Learning Support Assistant to join their team! In this role you will be working with key stage 3 & 4 students across the school and must be an approachable, enthusiastic and confident person with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and students. As a Learning Support Assistant you must work closely with students with Social Emotional Mental Health needs and must have experience working with challenging behaviour, you must have strong behaviour management skills and may need to use de – escalation techniques when necessary. To be considered for this role you must have experience working as a Learning Support Assistant and have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. The school – SEMH The school is a SEMH school that caters to students aged 5 – 11 years old, it’s most recent Ofsted rating as Good.
