Your Day-to-Day

As a Property Valuer, you ll be the face of the brand building trust, showcasing expertise, and helping clients take the next big step in their property journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Promoting the company s services and reputation

• Generating and following up on valuation leads

• Conducting accurate market research and appraisals

• Delivering expert property valuations

• Converting valuations into instructions

• Maximising fees and delivering strong commercial results

• Working collaboratively with your team

• Tracking performance and exceeding targets

What We re Looking For

• Experience in residential property valuation (e.g. Valuer, Lister, Senior Negotiator, Branch Manager)

• Results-driven and sales-oriented mindset

• Commercially savvy with a customer-first attitude

• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills

• A collaborative team player with high attention to detail

• Strong organisational and IT skills

• GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
