Hours: 35 hours/week, flexible working considered

Overview:

We re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who s eager to drive growth, build relationships, and tackle new challenges in the tool steel industry. If you're driven, proactive, and passionate about sales, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Sell top-tier tool steel products and hit your monthly sales targets

Use SAP and CRM systems to manage quotes, orders, and customer interactions

Drive growth by identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing existing accounts

Monitor competitors and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the game

Support exciting sales campaigns and customer events that showcase our products

Stay sharp by continuously learning and applying new product knowledge

What You ll Need:

Proven sales experience (preferably in the steel industry or related fields)

Comfortable using CRM systems; SAP knowledge is a bonus

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Ability to multitask and manage time like a pro

A self-starter who s proactive and always pushing for results

A team player who can work independently when needed

IT savvy for generating reports and insights
