A successful groundworks subcontractor in Dunstable, Bedfordshire has an opportunity for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Our client is growing on repeat business and are now the preferred subcontractor for a number of high profile clients.

They are going from strength to strength and have earned a reputation for excellence in the commercial and residential groundworks sectors.

The role Trainee or Assistant Quantity Surveyor

As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be office based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire with site visits.

You will be joining a commercial team of 7 and will be assisting on commercial and residential groundwork schemes ranging from GBP500k - GBP15m

You will also be working on 278 works ranging from GBP250k - GBP1.5m

You will enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment where no 2 days are the same.

Working hours 7.30 - 5
