Logistics Administrator


A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Logistics Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and paying 25,000 - 28,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • Prepare shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
  • Liaise with transport providers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
  • Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory
  • Process orders and liaise with internal departments (sales, warehouse, purchasing)
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Logistics Administrator position:

  • Proven experience in a logistics distribution and supply chain role
  • Highly organised
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages
