About the Role:

Position: Complex Needs Teaching Assistant

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Location: Worthing

This school provides exceptional support for children with ADHD, autism, challenging behaviour, and medical conditions . All pupils have a healthcare plan, with some requiring tube feeding or personal care assistance .

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs.
• Assist with personal care, healthcare needs, and classroom activities .
• Work closely with teachers and healthcare professionals to support each child's learning and well-being .
• Manage challenging behaviour with confidence and understanding.
