AirBench Ltd are a market leading, steadily growing manufacturer of dust and fume extraction systems. We manufacture in the UK and have a great reputation in the industry; and supply to most major UK manufacturers.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, technical sales person to join our small team. Working alongside the Managing Director and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for specifying and selling dust, fumes and mist extraction systems for customers across a wide range of industries.

You will be the key point of contact for all new customer enquiries, working with new and existing customers by telephone, email, and occasionally face to face.

In addition, you will drive our office-based business development activities, identifying and supporting new distributors in Europe and Worldwide.

The right candidate needs to understand manufacturing processes; be good at dealing with people by phone, email, and face to face; be IT literate and able to properly manage CRM and business development processes; and be self-motivated.

This role is mainly office based, with customer visits where required; but can grow into an external role for the right person.

Key responsibilities will be:

- Become familiar with our market leading range of dust, fume, and mist extraction units.

- Be the initial point of contact for customer queries.

- Develop and close sales of all product ranges to help achieve company sales targets.

- Work closely with other members of the sales team to ensure all customers are cared for fully and professionally.

- Maintain customer records and CRM system.

- Provide technical advice to existing and potential customers.

This role would suit an engineering graduate with some additional time spent in the workplace; or a person with equivalent industrial experience.

Compensation is competitive and depends on experience. There are further opportunities for progression within the company.
