Site Electrical Engineer Key Responsibilities: * Plan, develop and oversee the commissioning and maintenance of all new and existing electrical installations on site, ranging from 11,000v down to 100v systems. * Perform fault finding, diagnostic and optimisation activities across site electrical and instrumentation system and equipment * Ensure costs are minimised without compromising the quality of the service provided and to check operational control * Assist the O&M Group to solve electrical problems, ensuring minimum disruption to the plant. * Produce maintenance schedules and manuals as necessary and approve these and other key technical documents for use within the department. * Assist in the production of electrical system designs for process and utilities systems. * Prepare documentation, write reports and give presentations as necessary. * Provide technical data and documentation require for the preparation of proposals Site Electrical Engineer Key Requirements: * Experience working on LV/HV distribution systems within an industrial/facilities environment * Demonstrable xperience of electrical HV switching * Good knowledge of motors control systems and circuits (DOL, S/D, VSD) * Ability to organise and motivate a team and to delegate work to others * Ability to work within a multi-trades team * Degree or HNC in Electrical Engineering * IEE 16th Edition Wiring Regulations * Must be a British Citizen and willing to be Security Check (SC) cleared If you are interested in this opportunity, feel free to let me know using the details below
