About the Role Do you have a passion for sharing knowledge, developing skills, and helping individuals realise their potential? Do you have what it takes to teach? Your New Role As a Welding Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to young learners, apprentices, and corporate clients. Your duties will include: Teaching and mentoring individuals in practical welding skills. Developing and preparing appropriate schemes of work and lesson plans. Planning, preparing, and conducting assessments of competence against awarding body standards. Ensuring all relevant training and assessment documentation is completed accurately and on time. Providing advice, guidance, and support to corporate clients. Ensuring immediate reporting of accidents and adherence to health and safety regulations.
