Accounts Receivable Team Leader

Brand new opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join a growing business based in Trafford Park. Description Duties include: * Monitoring ongoing processes: invoicing, crediting, cash allocation * Unallocated cash KPI Reporting * Overseeing Direct debit collections * Complex account reconciliations * Guidance and support to the transactional team * Identify and implement process improvements * Implement departmental policies, procedures and quality/service standards. * Cover for AP when required * Ensuring month-end deadlines are met * Other ad-hoc duties requested by management Profile The candidate will have: Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role - Required Strong leadership skills - Required Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required Commitment to driving continuous improvements - Required High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - RequiredJob Offer This role will offer a salary up to £35,000 depending on experience, plus a benefits package including hybrid working, career progression, on-site parking, company pension scheme, work social events, annual leave allowance plus more
