Mechanical Campus Lead

Job Title: Mechanical Campus Lead Location: Belgium Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the mechanical works across the entire campus or project site. • Coordinate with the project management team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. • Ensure that all mechanical installations comply with design specifications, industry regulations, and safety standards. • Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems. • Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to site teams. • Monitor progress and report on key project milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies. • Work closely with other disciplines (electrical, civil, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of services. • Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in mechanical project execution. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Mentor and develop junior engineers and site personnel. Required Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical construction, ideally within large-scale projects. • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and process piping. • Proven experience in managing subcontractors and site teams. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and building regulations. • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, MS Project).
