This is a hands-on role that provides extensive training and exposure to control system design and implementation. As a Trainee Controls Engineer, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining skills in:

• Control System Design & Implementation Learn how to develop and configure automation and control systems.
• On-Site Installation & Commissioning Assist in setting up, testing, and debugging PLC/HMI systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Electrical Fault Finding & Network Setup Gain practical experience in troubleshooting and system optimization.
• Project Support & Development Contribute to real-world projects, learning industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Completed apprenticeship in engineering or an engineering degree (or equivalent).

Skills & Personal Attributes:

• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Basic IT skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
