Role and Responsibilities:

-Drive sales performance and achieve daily and weekly targets.

-Mentor and coach your team through training and guidance.

-Ensure exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

-Collaborate with Store and Area Managers to develop sales strategies.

-Oversee transactions and maintain operational standards.

Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years of experience leading sales teams in retail (furniture preferred).

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

-Ability to work the required schedule: Tuesday to Friday (10 AM - 6 PM), Saturday (9 AM - 6 PM), and every other Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM).

-Availability to travel for training for at least two weeks.

Preferred:

-Supervising, management, and customer service experience (1 year).

-Driving Licence.
