Total People are looking to recruit a Learning Coach to support students aged 16-19 with additional needs, including social, emotional, and special educational needs (SEN).
The role requires a passionate individual who is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for students, particularly those with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). You will play a key role in helping learners achieve their personal and academic goals while promoting their social and emotional development.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with learners, parents/carers and local authorities.
To ensure that all learners experience a high-quality learning programme in terms of content, structure and learning support.

This post is offered on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week at our Northwich site.
Delivery of these Standards encompasses, coaching and observation of practice. The Learning Coach will also be responsible for delivering one to one coaching, remote and face to face assessment including observations of practice.
Although often working remotely you will become an integral part of the wider Education Cluster. At Total People we have a team of dedicated colleagues on hand to support you and you will be provided with all the equipment to enable you to work remotely.
