Business Development Executive

We’re hiring for a Business Development Executive to join a growing team in Glossop on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives on building relationships and driving new business. What’s on offer? * £29,000 - £35,000 per year * Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm * 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) * Pension contribution scheme * Hybrid working available after probationary period What will you be doing as a Business Development Executive? * Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach * Identifying and attracting new clients through research and networking * Communicating with potential clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings * Promoting company products and services to prospective customers * Establishing and nurturing long-term business relationships * Attending meetings with directors and contributing to business growth strategies * Researching market trends, competitor activity, and client needs What do you need? * Previous experience in business development and sales * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Experience working with exhibitions/showrooms (desirable) * Background in design or advertising (desirable) Apply today or speak with Katie at KPJ Group for more information between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
