Civils Supervisor - Rail

Our client, operating within the rail sector, is currently seeking a Civils Supervisor to join their growing team. This permanent position involves work on a variety of rail infrastructure projects across London and the South East, including minor civils, lineside civils, drainage, and de-vegetation works. Key Responsibilities: Supervising site activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations Coordinating and allocating resources including labour, materials, and plant requirements Assisting in planning works and confirming site paperwork and permits Overseeing drainage and de-vegetation works along rail infrastructure Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Providing technical guidance and support to onsite teams Job Requirements: Experience as a Site Supervisor within the rail and civils sector Current Sentinel/PTS certification SSSTS/SMSTS qualification UK driving license COSS certification (preferred but not essential) Strong understanding of site management and safety procedures Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work largely on-site with some office-based tasks Benefits: Permanent position in a growing business Opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects Work primarily on rail infrastructure with diverse tasks Supportive and collaborative work environment Professional development and training opportunities If you are an experienced Civils Supervisor looking for a new opportunity to advance your career within the rail sector, we would love to hear from you.
