Role Overview As an Account Manager, you would be responsible for selling PCR/DNA kits and reagents into the Academic and Research Labs (Full training provided) Company Information Our client is a leader in supplying a range of PCR reagents to customers on a global basis looking to onboard another team member to support their growth across the South UK territory. Role Requirements Drive sales of kits and reagents to academic and research labs across the South UK. Secure new business and develop / protect existing accounts. Attend exhibitions in order to increase market presence of the company’s products. Person Specifications Degree educated or higher in a science discipline i.e. molecular biology, genetics with good academic and practical experience in PCR and associated molecular techniques. Self-motivated, results oriented and a strong work ethic. Desire to move into scientific sales. Comfortable with traveling to different customer sites Package – Starting basic salary depending on experience – 20% OTE Bonus – Car Allowance – £500 per month – Pension – 25 days holiday – Genuine opportunity to move into scientific sales
