Job Title: Site Manager Location: West Midlands, Staffordshire, Lichfield Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday Primary Industry: Construction, New Build Housing, House Building Salary: £55,000 - £68,000 per annum Benefits: Car Allowance or Company Car Bonus Scheme Private Pension Private Healthcare Qualifications: SMSTS CSCS First Aid Driving Licence Skills: Traditional new build housing A leading Housing Developer is looking for a Site Manager for a brand new project in Staffordshire. The project will involve the construction of traditional new build homes for private open market sale and housing association. Job Duties: Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers Maintain quality control and monitor progress against project timelines Manage site budgets and report to senior management Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Site Manager working for a high volume developer.
