Role Overview:
As a Business Manager , you will be responsible for driving business development efforts, building strong relationships with property owners (both commercial and residential), and working on the company's marketing and branding strategies. This is a unique chance to take ownership of key initiatives that directly contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Focus on identifying and engaging commercial and residential property owners to sign them on as new clients. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing property owners.
  • Marketing & Branding: Take charge of the company's marketing efforts, from creating strategies to executing campaigns that raise brand awareness and attract new clients.
  • Lead Generation: Continuously build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring steady business growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Market Research & Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to offer valuable insights that keep the company ahead of the competition.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the leadership team to align on strategic objectives, ensuring the company's business goals are met and exceeded.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Sales & Business Development Experience: You have a proven background in sales or business development, ideally within property management, real estate, or a similar industry. You're a natural at building relationships and turning leads into lasting business.
  • Marketing & Branding Expertise: You understand the power of branding and marketing, and you're comfortable running campaigns across various channels, including social media, digital advertising, and traditional methods.
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: You can communicate confidently with both internal and external stakeholders, negotiating deals and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Organized & Target-Driven: You're able to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and consistently hit sales and growth targets.
  • Property Management Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required): While experience in property management is a bonus, candidates with a background in business development or sales in other sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.
