Despatch Operative

Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable Production Operative to join their team and contribute to their operational success. Based in St Neots, the successful candidate will need to have previous warehouse experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare orders for dispatch by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
• Operate forklift
• Maintain an organized and clean despatch area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily dispatch targets.
• Follow all safety and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills / Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or despatch role is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Hours & Pay

Week 1

06:00 until 14:00 Monday to Friday

Wek 2

14:00 until 22:30 Monday to Thursday (Friday 14:00 until 20:00)

GBP14.42 per hour
