Active Care Group's Care in the Home division continues to go from strength to strength ensuring we provide a safe, reliable and outcome-based care to all clients by our exceptional support workers, clinicians, and management team.
We have exciting plans for our Care in the Home business in Exeter and we would like to hear from experienced, highly motivated, and proactive Support Workers. This is a zero contract with regular shifts once assigned to a client to enable continuity of care.
To start you off on what we hope will be a long career with you will attend our sector leading 2 week induction which will include staying away from home for 5 days, we will cover the cost of travel and accommodation. During this time you will have both face to face training with our clinicians and complete online courses to ensure you fully understand your role and are confident with ongoing support afterwards.
You will then have regular supervisions and opportunities for further training and development to allow you to progress and grow with us as our business grows!
Our Clients:
Our client is an amazing person with Cerebral Palsy and is nil by mouth. They are non verbal but can still let you know when they are happy or find something funny! They will require suction support numerous per day.
We don't just look after the clinical needs of the people we support. We look after the whole person, we pride ourselves on the fact our care extends beyond the individual to their wider family and friends, as we understand the wider impact complex conditions can have.
