Finance Assistant

A great hybrid opportunity has arisen for a Treasury Assistant to join an international company based in Didcot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bank statement transactions with precision and efficiency, ensuring all daily banking activities are up-to-date and accurate.
• Manage both manual and automated payment runs, including regular royalty payments, ensuring timely and accurate transfers.
• Accurately process refunds
• Accurately record and process direct debits and standing orders
• Prepare detailed and accurate monthly bank reconciliations

Requirements:

• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with bank reconciliations or payment processing (desirable)
• A keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
