We need a professional, competent and willing Senior Accounts Administrator
for a firm doing utilities and telecoms work in Husbands Bosworth
Part or full-time, Monday through Friday. Anyone who wants to work part time, the office hours are 9 until 15 three days per week (or something like that).
Salary: 27,000 - 42,000 per annum (pro rata for part time).
Xero Accounting essential
Significant accounts experience
Have excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy. You will report to the Accounts Manager
This role is based at our local office Monday-Friday, where you will report to the Commercial Manager.
You will:
Run the sales ledger, raising and entering invoices. There will be 30 invoices a week/(Apply online only) per month.
Processing sales orders and purchase orders.
Monitoring outstanding payments and proactively chasing overdue debt.
Processing Receipts/Expenses.
Bank reconciliations and general ledger.
All other day-to-day accounts/office duties e.g. maintaining accurate files and entering data in a timely fashion including any adhoc duties.
You will be:
A friendly, grounded and trustworthy individual.
Ability to maintain good strong relationships with staff and other external parties through excellent communication via telephone and email.
Ability to learn efficiently new processes and procedures.
Organised and able to deliver work timely, efficiently, accurately and at a high standard.
Your experience will be:
Significant years accounts/finance experience.
Experience with Xero Accounting is essential.
Proficient with Outlook & Excel.
Experience working in the utilities or telecoms sector is not essential but would be an advantage.
Would suit a Purchasing Assistant, an Administrator, Junior Accountant
