Export Sales Manager – Scientific Equipment Location: Office Based (Sheffield) Job Overview Taylorollinson are working with a well-renowned scientific equipment manufacturer who are seeking a results-driven Export Sales Manager to expand their international market reach and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in international sales, excellent negotiation skills and a background working with laboratory equipment/scientific products. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners. * Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand industry trends. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales with international buyers. * Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and documentation requirements. * Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. * Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. * Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for business growth. * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Qualifications & Skills * Previous experience working in B2B sales and distribution or export sales for a scientific equipment company * Proven experience in export sales, international business, or global trade. * Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Full UK Driving Licence * Ability to travel internationally as required. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Fluency in multiple languages would be beneficial
