Plumber

A client of mine, a prominent Housing Association and Property Maintenance Company, is seeking an experienced Plumber to join their Responsive Repairs Team in the Berkshire area. Key Responsibilities: * Repairs to domestic plumbing installations * Vinyl floor laying * Installation of replacement sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, and associated equipment * Installation of kitchen sinks and new pipework (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater) * Repairs and installation of sundry items such as taps, ball valves, and drainage stop taps * Installing and repairing water mains, heating system pipework, and domestic appliances (showers, washing machines) * Maintenance and renewal of cold water storage tanks * Work on vented and unvented cylinder heads (HWSS qualified or alternative) Skills & Qualifications: * NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing * Proven experience in all aspects of plumbing work * Strong customer service skills and experience working in occupied premises * Full UK Driving Licence (minimum 2 years' experience) Salary & Benefits: * £335 yearly Tool Allowance * £450 yearly flexible benefits pot * Uniform and PPE provided * 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (with an additional day each year, up to 30 days) * Option to buy/sell holiday * Company iPhone and iPad * Company pension scheme (matched up to 12%) * Life cover (4x annual salary) * SmartTech scheme – Buy electrical items and pay over 12 months via salary Company van provided for travel within the role.
