Events Telesales Executive £24k basic with £32k+ OTE Chelmsford (Office Based Role) Permanent/Full Time Monday – Friday (9am - 5.30pm) Our client, located in Chelmsford is on the search for a dynamic and passionate Telesales Executive to join their events sales team! This is a great chance to join a growing company, with the opportunity to progress further down the line. Duties & Responsibilities of a Sales Executive: * Handle all incoming leads and booking in clients for coaching events. * Making outbound calls to previous enquiries to gain further bookings. * Upselling Event packages to increase attendance rates. * Building trust, communicating effectively and exceeding clients expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals. * Following up on leads, previous clients that have attended events in an attempt to gain more bookings. * Maintain and accurately record all client contact details. * Responding to queries from new and existing clients. Your Background & Skill: * Proven experience in some form of sales and ability to sell over the telephone. * Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets. * Confident, enthusiastic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent telephone manner.
